Specific Projects, Services and Solutions:
I have developed Consulting practices in Organizational Change Management, Project Portfolio Management, Program Management, Process Improvement and Project Management Office (PMO). As a certified Prosci instructor®, I have trained consultants in the Prosci® Change Management Practitioner course.
I have developed a comprehensive PMO and CMO (Change Management Operation) which includes processes, training, coaching and guidance to easily establish a PMO and CMO organization. This offering include establishment of Centers of Excellence(CoE) for the PM and CM communities.
I have developed a Holistic solution to ensure achievement of strategy. This solution builds the agile organization into a company.
For a large Software company, I provided Leadership and Organizational Change Management (OCM) for rollout of PMO and CMO (Change Management Operation).
I worked with an Information Technology Retail and IT Services client to provide Change Management and Communications for a large
ERP project and a CRM project.
I assessed stakeholders and change impact to ensure organization alignment to the changes.
I developed communications: logo, posters, presentations, videos, websites and blogs.
I worked with an Oil and Gas Company to provide Communication and plan Organizational Change Management for a worldwide Information Risk Improvement Project.
I have studied most of the known Organizational frameworks and processes.
Led Change Management on large-scale transformational Opportunity to Cash project spanning many processes and functional areas, providing the OCM strategy and plan. Provided Coaching training. Turned around troubled projects.
For a large IT company, I built the Project Management and Change Management Offices. Developed Project Management and Change Management processes, tools, training and governance. Established Project Management and Organizational Change Management Centers of Excellence (CoE). Developed the PMO improvement roadmap.
